Internet access has become an invaluable resource to most organizations.  To support this, SSO has invested in "state of the art" technology, keeping Internet access service ahead of its competition.  We have a 24 hour support NOC for the upkeep of our 100 MB OC-1 connection and firewall security.   We also have a help desk support team to assist tenants with their computer issues as well as a Network Administrator onsite.
